Kids Count says prevention is lacking in R.I.
Kids Count says one in five children age 9 to 17 in Rhode Island and across the nation has a diagnosable mental disorder, with one in 10 children having a problem significant enough to interfere substantially with functioning at home, school or in the community.
1 in 5 have a diagnosable mental disorder? Gotta wonder how many of them grow up to be shrinks?
