  1. Having been a Marinol patient for over 5 years I can say it did nothing for me. It did not help control my chronic nausea and vomiting at all. When compared to inhaled cannabis smoke/vapors, which delivers safe and effective immediate relief from chronic nausea and vomiting, Marinol is a waste of money. There is no drug in today's pharmaceopia that safely controls chronic nausea and vomiting as safe and effective as cannabis vapors. Plus using a vaporizor removes all risks associated with smoking while delivering the extremely safe and therapeutic cannabinoids. Cannabis has been proven safe and effective for people of all ages, including pregnant mothers, infants and children. However the cannabis route of delivery for children should be by eating it rather than smoking it. Since cannabis is non toxic there is no danger to children's health and developement. Its true, its real. Accept it, deal with it and move forward.
