Brushing off concerns about the use of anti-virals for treating children, experts dealing with A(H1N1) influenza here have stressed their safety.
Tamiflu and Relenza are the recommended drugs for treating swine flu. The swine flu virus has been found to be resistant to other anti-viral drugs and hence these drugs are commonly used. However, recently, concerns have been raised over their safety for children.
